Polyscribe rewrites text you already have in a writing style you choose. You paste a draft, pick a style, and get a rewritten version back. It is a writing tool, not an author: what you publish is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.

You sign in with Google. One account is for one person - do not share your sign-in, and keep the Google account behind it secure, because anyone who can sign in as you can read everything you have written here.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.

You keep every right you had in the drafts you paste, the writing samples you upload, and the rewrites you get back. We do not claim ownership of any of it.

You give us permission to store and process that content only so far as it takes to run the service for you: saving it to your history, sending it to our rewriting provider to produce a rewrite, and showing it back to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything.

You are responsible for what you paste. By using Polyscribe you confirm you have the right to use that text, and that it is not illegal.

Do not use Polyscribe to:

• break the law, or produce content that is illegal where you or your readers are
• impersonate a real person or organisation, or pass off writing as theirs
• break rules you are separately bound by, such as a school, employer or platform policy
• resell the service, or automate access to it beyond your own use
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service

What you do with a rewrite is your call and your responsibility. If a rule applies to you, it still applies to text a tool helped you write.

Rewrites are paid for in credits. A credit buys a fixed amount of input text, and the cost of a rewrite is shown by the length of what you paste, so you always know the price before you run it. Paid plans grant a credit allowance each month, and add-on credit packs are one-off purchases that do not expire.

Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices can change, and if they do we will tell you before your next renewal.

All payments are final and we do not give refunds - not for unused credits, not for part of a month, and not for a plan you forgot to cancel.

You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops the next charge. You keep your paid features and your remaining credits until the end of the period you have already paid for. That is why the free plan exists, and why you can run a rewrite on the home page without an account: try it before you pay.

Where the law in your country gives you a refund right that this clause cannot remove, that law wins.

We work to keep Polyscribe running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. It depends on services we do not control, including our rewriting provider, our payment provider and our hosting. Rewriting is machine-generated: it can be wrong, dull, or not what you wanted. Read what it gives you before you use it.

If a rewrite fails, the credits it cost are returned to your balance automatically.

Polyscribe is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud.

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on the site before it takes effect, and continuing to use Polyscribe after that means you accept it. You can stop using the service and close your account whenever you like by emailing us.
